Past Lives

Do you believe in reincarnation?  Do you wonder if you have lived before?  Using my psychic intuition I can access your past life and relate that information to you.  Exploring your past lives offers a better understanding of the person you have become today.  Why are some of us incredibly gifted?  Do you have irrational fears or phobias? You may be drawn to certain people or places.  My personal belief is that we reincarnate into a new life so that we can learn from any mistakes that we have made in the previous life.  As we are learning, and often we choose the hard way.  We are becoming more highly evolved.  Groups of interacting souls reincarnate together and take on different roles in each lifetime i.e. friends, lovers or rivals.  Isn't it strange how little children often remember past lives.  They talk about their other Mummy or Daddy.  So why not allow me to travel back and explore your previous life and bring back all that information for you. 

Past Life Regression

Past life regression is typically undertaken either in pursuit of a spiritual experience, or in a psychotherapeutic setting.  Hypnosis or deep meditation techniques can be used to access past life's.  The technique used during past life regression involves the subject answering a series of questions to reveal identity and events of past lives.

This therapy has been helpful in treating phobias, fears, depression, deep rooted fears, etc.  It is said that relief is achieved by letting go of any past life energy trapped in a previous life.  I believe that we are reborn in a new lifetime, again and again in order for us to learn lessons.  The more we learn, the higher evolved we become.  We need to balance out  by experiencing different problems, lifestyles or hardships.  I believe that we travel each lifetime with the same group of souls.  We may swap around our roles in each life time i.e. your husband may become your friend or brother in the next lifetime.  Whilst regressed you may recognize other members of your soul group.
